The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged at the upper edge on the reverse to the mat backing with archival tape. Light-stained and mat-stained, consistent with the work's age. Sheet undulates slightly in places. Edges are deckled, with minor creases, nicks and a few short tears. Minor flattened creases to upper and lower edges and lower left corner. Small tears at the upper left and right corners. Some handling creases. Some rubbing to the sheet and a few small spots of staining, probably due to moisture. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
