Nine sketches depicting two or more different mice on a single sheet. Beatrix Potter studied many animals from life; she drew these mice in naturalistic poses on their hind legs and from a variety of angles. Their faces and gestures are reminiscent of Hunca Munca and Tom Thumb in The Tale of Two Bad Mice.
