pale surface soiling in places in the margins, very soft vertical creasing along the left sheet edge, soft skinning at the upper left sheet corner, otherwise in very good condition

The Brook (Lister 12C): on thick plate paper, without watermark, with margins (the sheet edges slightly uneven)
light- and time staining, the sheet unevenly toned, the upper, right and left sheet edges folded under, soft creases and pale surface soiling in places in the margins, hinge remains in place on the reverse (showing through at the lower sheet edges), and other lesser defects
