The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Winter -- There is a restored chip to the hat brim at the front. and minute chip to back of hat brim. His right fingers and thumb restored. A few small chips to edge of the blue coat and to high points at back of his coat.
Summer -- Her hat ribbon chipped to lower bow. Her two left little fingers restored. Small chip to corner of her purple skirt. Chipping and some small losses to applied wheat sheaves.
Overall both with some slight wear and occasional small flake to gilding and enamels. Occasional minute chip or surface abrasion.
