The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Fair condition, with considerable signs of age, wear and use. Some breaks and losses to top, exposed edges where originally adjoined. Drawers with wear and rubbing to names, many with age cracks and separations, some of the glass knobs with chips and losses. Several drawers with evidence of inactive insect activity. Some backboards loose.
