The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

All six with scattered age and construction cracks, some old repairs to some joins, some with old discolored infill. Veneers with some losses, abrasions, chips, infill and some patches. Carving with some minor losses, abrasions and chips. One chair with later added blocks to front seat rail. The same chair with a replaced scrolled console beneath the panel back. The upholstery with stains and sun fading.
