The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.


All sheets: Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mat backing with archival tape. Mat-stained and light stained. Sheets buckle slightly due to the rich application of media. Edges slightly irregular, with a few minute nicks and short tears. Small remnants of brown paper tapes to the extreme edges previous hinges, with faint associated staining. A few handling creases.
I: Artist's tack holes to the upper corners and lower right corner. Some skinning, small paper losses, flattened creases and staining to the four corners.
II: A few small dots of foxing.
III: Thin tear to the lower left center edge, possibly from the artist's working method. Some creasing and small paper loss near the lower center edge.
IV: Faint staining along upper edge and lower corners from previous hinges.
Each framed dimensions: 21⁷⁄₈ x 17⁷⁄₈ x ⁷⁄₈ in.
