The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall good condition with minor surface soiling and frame abrasion to the extreme edges. With a loss at the upper left corner. A few very minor abrasions, including to the lower edge below the alligator at left. Some scattered pinpoint losses. Examined under ultraviolet light. Touch-ups along the upper edge and also to the areas painted in dark green.
