Both are structurally sound and generally in good condition overall. There is some age and use-related wear to the wood structures with some brown spotting probably due to moisture. It is possible that both have been re-upholstered. There is a small age-split to the wood at the join of one arm of the chair. A few loose threads from the upholstery.
