The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The paperboard is hinged with tape in two places along the reverse upper edge. The paper is very slightly bowed and very slightly toned and the edges are slightly uneven. A few scattered pindot paint losses, most notably in the sky, covered by the mat. A fold in the margin at upper left appears original to the artist's execution. No apparent tears, repairs or paper losses. Some pigments appear faded.
