Pencil and watercolour. Not examined out of the frame. The sheet appears to be adhered at various places along the edges to a supporting sheet. On close inspection there are artist's pinholes in the upper left and right corners. There is a small dent to the upper right quadrant of the sheet. The sheet is slightly cockled. Subject to the above it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.
