The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Tempera on panel. Not examined out of the frame. A fine hairline horizontal crack running across the upper quadrant of the composition. Some surface dirt predominantly to the darker ultra-marine background. Examined under ultra-violet light there are no visible signs of fluorescence. Subject to the above it is our opinion that this work appears to be in overall good condition.
