The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Gouache, ink and crayon on paper laid on board. Not examined out of the frame. The sheet is fully laid down to a supporting sheet. Along the upper right and lower right edges this supporting sheet is visible and it is unclear if this is the artist. A tear to the centre of the upper edge, centre of the right edge and centre of the left edge measuring each approx. 6 cm. Further small tears and losses in places throughout the sheet. Some creases with associated losses to the paint in places, predominantly to the lower half of the sheet. Some nicks and losses to the extreme edges.
