The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Watercolour, gouache, ink and crayon on paper. Not examined out of the frame. Two artist's pinholes upper centre. The sheet is presented under a window mount. The sheet is slightly cockled. and there is a soft vertical crease to the upper right edge, and two soft creases to the lower left edge. One or two small losses to the gouache and ink in places. A small spot of staining to the lower left corner. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
