Oil on canvas. On very close inspection there are some very fine hairline cracks to the thicker impasto of the stag. Under ultra violet light there are some small spots of fluorescence to the lower left, lower right and upper left corners, consistent with frame abrasion. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in overall very good condition.
