Gouache. Not examined out of the frame. There are some soft diagonal creases in several places. On close inspection there is a small artist's pinhole in the upper right corner. The lower edge of the sheet appears to be uneven. On close inspection there is some fine craquelure to the green pigment to the left of the tallest chimney. Subject to the above it is our opinion that this work appears to be in good overall condition.
