The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on canvas. Not examined out of the frame. On close inspection there is evidence of fine paint cracking in places. Minor surface dirt. Examined ultra-violet light there is evidence of some small areas of fluorescence in the upper right corner and a tiny spot in the bouquet. There are some fine lines of fluorescence in the upper centre and some further fine lines in lower right quadrant, which correspond to the aforementioned paint cracking. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
