The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on paper. Not examined out of the frame. The sheet is float mounted onto a supporting non-acidic board. The upper, right and lower edges of the sheet are deckled, consistent with the paper type. The upper right corner with a small hole, which appears to be contemporary to the work. The graphite is strong. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in overall excellent condition.
