The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on canvas. Not examined out of the frame. Some scuffs and small losses to the extreme edges, consistent with handling. On close inspection some small areas of craquelure and some fine lines of paint cracking. Examined under ultra-violet light there are some small spots of soft fluorescence to each corner. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
