The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Watercolour on handmade paper. Not examined out of the frame. The sheet is float mounted at various places on the reverse to a supporting board. The upper edge of the sheet is uneven and the lower edge of the sheet is deckled. Some acidic staining to the extreme edges. A diagonal crease to the lower centre edge of the sheet, from the time of execution. Subject to the above it is our opinion that this work appears to be in overall good condition.
