The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Acrylic on paper and collage. Each paper element is float mounted to a supporting board. Not examined out of the frame. The collage elements appear secure. The black form in the right hand form is slightly lifting. Some scuffs and small losses to the extreme edges of some of the forms, likely from the time of execution. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
