The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on canvas, unframed. When viewed in raking light there is a horizontal line of paint cracking to the upper edge, and two small horizontal lines to the lower half of the composition. Examined under ultra-violet light there are some very small spots of fluorescence to the lower edge and some fine lines of fluorescence in the lowest form. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in good overall condition.
