The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Charcoal and gouache. On close inspection there is an artist's pinhole in each corner of the sheet. The sheet is tabbed at various places to a supporting board. There is a soft crease to the lower right corner and some minor creases in the lower half of the sheet. The upper edge is uneven consistent with the artist's method. There is a small foldover to the upper left edge. Subject to the above the work appears to be in overall good condition.
