The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Watercolour and gouache on paper. Not examined out of the frame. The sheet is mounted under a non-acidic window mount. There artist’s pinholes at the centre of the upper edge. Some craquelure and tiny associated losses in the red circular form in the lower right quadrant. Some mild spot of staining and some scattered foxmarks in places. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the works appear to be in good overall condition.
