The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition with scattered scratches and abrasions consistent with age and use. Painted wood vitrines with light wear and minor scratches and marks, commensurate with gentle handling. The porcelain surfaces in very good condition with very fine scratches and craquelure, inherent to the making. Porcelain surfaces present with scattered sharp edges, inherent to the design. The frames with minor wear and scuffs, concentrated to the top edge of one frame. The other frame with a minute (less than ⅛ in.) loss to the paint along the edge of the window opening. Presents well and ready for display.
