Gino Cenedese founded his glassworks, Gino Cenedese & C. in 1946, following the second World War. His work is evocative of Art Nouveau styles as he captures the mystery and ephemeral nature of nature itself. His 'Magma' vase is especially expressive as it highlights the beauty of growing flowers set against the background of hot, fiery magma.

Overall very good condition with scattered scratches and abrasions consistent with age and use. Presents with scattered burst air bubbles to the surface, inherent to the making and not visually distracting. A gorgeous vase, ready for use and display.
