Overall presents well with light surface scratches and minor wear commensurate with age and use. The lacquered metal has been repainted at some point in the history of the piece. The metal surfaces with minor abrasions, minute loss of paint, and scattered areas of light oxidation typical with aging of this material. The metal rings have likely been replaced.
