Overall good condition with light surface scratches and minor wear commensurate with age and gentle use. The wood surfaces with minor abrasions, nicks, and scattered areas of sensitive restoration. The surfaces have been refinished at some point in the history of the piece. With wear to the finish concentrated to the armrests and the legs as to be expected. The metal surfaces with oxidation typical with aging of this material. One chair with three feet missing their brass covers and one with significant wear. The other chair with two feet missing their brass covers and two with brass covers that have worn along the underside. The updated upholstery in good condition with minor weathering. Presents well and ready for display.
