The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The armchair with a slight crack to the proper left arm where it meets the backrest. Painted surfaces with scattered areas of loss concentrated to the backrest, armrests and legs as to be expected with use. The replaced upholstery with light wear and scattered areas of discoloration. At least one missing nail to the upholstery.
