Overall good condition consistent with age and use. Wooden surfaces with light scratches, minor abrasions, and light wear concentrated to the feet as can be expected. Wooden frame has been professionally and sensitively touched up and stabilized. Proper right side stretcher bar with a 21⁄2 in. scratch near the rear. Professionally conserved crack to one armrest, currently stable. Upholstery with wear, light soiling, tears - including a 5 in. tear to seat - and discoloration consistent with use.
