The replaced upholstery with scattered areas of discoloration, light scratches and minor nicks and tears. The wood surfaces with minor nicks, scratches and wear concentrated to feet and extremities. Scattered areas of restoration including the proper right arm with splitting to the wood that has been stabilized, the lower back corners and legs, and the upper proper right back corner. The metal surfaces - nails and four feet - with corrosion as can be expected with aging of this material. The lining along the underside with a stain and tears concentrated to where the nails rest.
