The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall excellent condition. The piece presents with minor scattered scratches and surface wear, consistent with age and use. The structure has been historically repainted and presents with minor nicks and abrasions throughout, especially along the edges. The feet with surface wear and rubbing areas, commensurate with normal use. A white paint splatter on the inside of one foot, not visually detracting. The cane seat, replaced at some point, is in very good condition with rare stains, discoloration and tears at places. The piece presents well, ready for display and use.
