The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition with scattered light scratches to the oak frame and abrasions to the leather, consistent with age and use. Presents with evidence of prior white paint, mostly not visible when presented. Leather top presents with wear throughout, most visible to the extreme edges where it is splitting, mostly surrounding the brass tacks. Leather presents with areas of historic touch ups. A few tears and losses to the leather. One drawer with two small losses to the wood, not visible when presented. Scattered slightly loose brass tacks. Brass tacks each present with oxidation, commensurate with normal aging of this material. Possibly reduced in height with later plugs to the front legs. Presents well, ready for use and display.
