The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition with minor irregularities inherent in the making. With very few faint surface scratches, only visible upon very close inspection. The metalwork with light oxidation typical with aging of this material and with one oxidation spot in the decoration, not detracting to the overall appearance. With homogeneous wear to the patina concentrated to the inside of the bowl, commensurate with age and gentle use and not detracting to the overall appearance. With light wear to the patina on the reverse, particularly to the high points. Presents well, ready for display.
