The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition, with minor scattered irregularities inherent in the making. Very minor burst air bubbles as is typical of the firing process. The foot rim with a few larger burst bubbles (including two adjacent, approx. 1/3 in. wide overall). Further minor nick on the underside of the foot rim, and this rim possibly polished as some point in its history to improve glaze pooling at the edge. This lot has been inspected under UV light and presents no evidence of prior restoration.
