The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition. The wooden surfaces with minor scattered scratches, light wear and the occasional edge nick, commensurate with age and use. The upholstered seats and backrests have been historically updated and are in very good condition, with very minor wear concentrated to the extreme edges. Each backrest slightly loose, yet stable. The seat height is approximately 18 in. and the height of each armrest is approximately 24¹⁄₂ in.
