The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition with a few scattered light surface scratches and minor wear commensurate with age and gentle use. The wood surfaces have been historically re-varnished and with minor nicks and abrasions concentrated to the edges with scattered historic restorations and areas of touch up and infill, only visible upon close inspection. A historic 1¹⁄₂ in. crack along the proper left side where the seat meets the backrest now stabilized, not visible when cushion is set in place, and an minor ³⁄₈ x ¹⁄₂ in. area along the proper right armrest near the backrest infilled with wood. The underside with later blocks to stabilize. Some rods along the backrest slightly loose, yet stable. The replaced upholstery in good condition with light surface dirt and some loose threads. Presents well and ready for display.
