The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall vintage condition. The wood veneers with considerable sun fading, more noticeable to one side, and some slight separation along the structural joints from shrinkage -- stable. Small patch repairs to the veneers, particularly along the legs. The top has been historically conserved with areas of infill, and a layer of varnish to protect from further lifting. The shagreen inset centerfield possibly a historic update, now with slight lifting and scattered losses to the borders. The brass elements historically reattached and possibly a marriage. With oxidation and minor nicks and scuffs as is expected with age and use.
With a later glass top, in good condition, with minor surface scratches and minor edge nicks from use.
