Overall good condition with minor soiling and wear consistent with age and use. The wooden surfaces appear to have been historically and sensitively revarnished. With scattered minor surfaces scratches, nicks, dents and veneer losses particularly along the edges and corners of the top and legs, not detracting to the overall appearance. With areas of lifting and hairline cracks to the veneer. With areas of light discoloration throughout and humidity marks concentrated to the top (largest approx. 3¹⁄₈ x 3 in.). With scattered historic patch repairs and areas of infills, including one to the table top frame (approx. 5 in.), well-concealed. A loss to the bottom of a foot on the central support (approx. ⁷⁄₈ x ¹⁄₂ in.) and an associated loss to the veneer (approx. ⁷⁄₈ x 2⁷⁄₈ in.). An impressive example, ready for display and use.
