Overall good condition. The piece presents with superficial soiling and wear, commensurate with age and use. The mahogany base with scattered scratches, nicks and tiny losses in places, as expected from normal use. With some historic restorations concentrated to the upper edge the support column. The updated leather upholstery with scattered scratches, stains, and very minor discoloration areas, typical with aging of this material and not detracting to the overall appearance. The piece presents well, ready for display and use.
