The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition. The piece presents with minor superficial soiling and wear, commensurate with age and use. The steel structure with scattered surface scratches, minor abrasions, tiny scattered paint losses and minor pitting, not detracting to the overall appearance. The vinyl upholstered cushions with minor stains and tears concentrated to the extreme edges. One cushion slightly loosely attached, another with a small area of abrasion approximately ¹⁄₂ in. wide. The height of the seat is approximately 16 in. (40.5 cm). The piece presents well, ready to display and use.
