The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition. Each sofa has be reupholstered at some point and presents very well with very minimal wear. One sofa with a few small stains, presenting as beige in color, only visible upon close inspection. The other sofa with very minor scattered areas of soiling, only visible upon very close inspection. Metal legs present with light scratches, and moderate wear, commensurate with normal aging of this material. Legs additionally with a few paint marks, only visible upon closer inspection. Feet with additional scuffs, as to be expected from normal use. Pair presents very well, ready for use and display.
