The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition with scattered scratches and abrasions consistent with age and use. Bronze presents with rubbing and minor soiling. One sconce with scattered deeper scratches to the patinated bronze, (largest is less than ¹⁄₈ in.) only visible upon closer inspection. Bronze presents with scattered irregularities inherent in the making and minor oxidation in places, typical with aging of this material. The polished bronze extremity of one has been professionally reattached to its patinated rod. Presents well, ready for use and display.
