The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition. Chair seat with historic restoration to the back seat rail presenting with glue residue and later braces, not visible when presented and in stable condition. A few patch repairs to the lattice work on the back seat with evidence of visible glue, only visible upon close inspection. Feet present with light wear and minor scuffs, as to be expected from normal use. Seat has been reupholstered at some point in its history and is good condition with a few scattered loose threads. Presents well, ready for use and display.
