The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition with minor wear commensurate with age and use. The wood surfaces have been re-varnished at some point in the history of the piece. With some minor separation along the wood grain, as to be expected with aging of this material. The wood with a few light surface scratches, minor nicks and abrasions. The legs with further wear, especially the back corner edges, as to be expected with normal use. The wood with scattered areas of restoration and areas of infill, including the proper right front foot with a 1 x 1 in. area of restoration, stable. Presents well and ready for use and display.
