The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition with very minor soiling and wear commensurate with age and use. The lamps have been historically repainted. With very faint scratches and minor stains concentrated along the bases, commensurate with age and gentle handling. Two shades with longer scratches (longest approx. 2¹⁄₂ in.), only visible upon very close inspection and not detracting to the overall appearance. One floor lamp lacking baseplate on the underside, yet stable.
