The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition.

The desk with scattered light surface scratches to the table top. Two small abrasions to the proper left corner of the desk top, not visually distracting. Presents with scattered areas of infill to the palmwood veneer, only visible upon closer inspection. Light scuffs to the base, commensurate with normal use. Four drawers glide smoothly. Brass pulls present with light oxidation.

The chairs with a few minor surface scratches to the palmwood. One chair with a stress crack and evidence of later glue at the joints. The other chair with a few small veneer loss, some with infill and evidence of later glue at two joints. The fabric upholstery in good condition with a few scattered loose threads.
