Overall very good condition. Scattered impressions throughout from previous furniture placement, which may or may not benefit from professional care, not visually distracting. Presents with light sun fading to approximately half of the carpet, does not detract from the overall presentation. With a few scattered loose threads, only visible upon close inspection. Presents well, would benefit from a light cleaning.
