Overall very good condition. The elm surfaces have been historically sensitively refinished. The table top presents with minor surface scratches, stains and scattered areas of discoloration, as to be expected from gentle use. With minor nicks along the edges of the underside. The legs with wear, scratches and nicks concentrated to the extremities of the feet, not detracting to the overall appearance. Presents well, ready for display and use.
