The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall good condition with superficial soiling and wear, commensurate with age and use. The teak structures with scattered surface scratches, nicks, abrasions and losses throughout. Several historic repairs to the structures as evidenced by reinforcements and areas of infill. Each chair slightly reduced on the four supports, with a seat height of approximately 143⁄4 in. (37.5 cm). The proper left rear foot of one with an age crack that has been historically stabilized. The reverse of the seats with later added white paint inscriptions. The cane seats have been updated at some point and present with very minor tears, losses and discoloration areas, typical with aging of this material. The pair presents well, ready for display and use.
